I have been using application for many years and was very happy with it but 5 days ago my account got blocked with notice to undergo video verification. I went through the process of verification and nothing changed until now - my account is blocked and I am not able to use my money. Contacting support ends up in responses “we are working on this and will provide provide you with response soon”. This is worst banking experience ever! When using monobank be aware that you may be blocked unexpectedly and not be able to pay for anything left without your own money!Я користувався цим застосунком багато років і був ним дуже задоволений, але 5 днів тому мій рахунок був задушевний з повідомлення що я маю пройти відео верифікацію. Я її одразу пройшов але нічого на зараз не змінилося - мій рахунок повністю заблокований та я не можу користуватися власними грошима. Звʼязок з підтримкою закінчується відповідями як «ми працюємо над цим та дамо відповідь найближчим часом». Це найгірший банківський досвід який в мене колись був! Користуючись монобанком беріть до уваги, що ваш рахунок може буди заблокований та ви залишитесь без власних грошей на ньому!

I may not be the first to write this, please make a reverse converter so that when you want to deposit currency, you can enter the amount in UAH equivalent and see what amount in currency these hryvnias will cost me. I earn not a much money, but i want to have a possibility to save money, because i will not have a pension. Despite the fact that you have the coolest app in Ukraine, your competitors in Privat Bank have a much more convenient flow of transfers from one cards to another card of Monobank or another bank. In mono is very lazy to do SO MANY actions with your fingers to transfer money from one card to another, but in Privat this flow is better, not in yours, not at all, although the app itself is better in yours, thank you. I hope that you pay attention to my feedback)

При переказах між картками можна натиснути на знак валюти біля суми переказу, щоб поміняти відображення. Наприклад на євро карті можна ввести суму в UAH та в EUR

The app changes constantly over time, which is great. On the contrary there are some issues that need attention: there is security risk that card data may be seen or used by someone else after app was backgrounded, the session expiration does not happen and app can be reopened and used without login, already contacted support on this issue, was told expiration time is 10-15sec, which is not true, made some screen recordings to backup that statement, could you please revisit this functionality and update it to be more secure, thanks!

Hello developers! I must say im not disappointed with the app. It’s quite good, really! The design and appearance is great and the interface is nice. Though, ive been noticing that the app been bugging lately. Like, once I tried to pay for groceries in Lithuania (my cellular data was turned off so i didnt have wifi at all), and the payment was declined. (i clearly had enough money and paid with apple pay) . When i tried to open the app, to see whats wrong, it just… didnt open?! I saw the lockscreen of the app (like when you must use face id/touch id/pin to open the app), and trisd to unlock it, but face id didnt work. Then i typed in pin, but that didn’t work either!I remember and know my pincode, so it must’ve been correct. Though, the app hadnt unlocked! That actually upset me, but since i couldnt do anything, i walked home, just to join wifi and seeing my app unlock perfectly! BUT!!!!!! The recent payments column DIDNT work. It was like i just started to using the app-no recent payments, no payments history. Like something wiped it off.Looking for your response! Thanks, the best wishes wishesP.S. -please fixxxxxx it im hungry and dont have any banknotesP.P.S.-will the material card work if i try to pay for something while my apps broken?P.P.P.S-i spent an hour writing this so please take it seriously!!
