Todoist changed my attitude to task management and GTD. We even started using it in the team which is super fast, simple and convenient. I absolutely recommend it for those seeking self-efficiency. Filters (mostly like in jira), reminders, nested projects - are killer features. It helps me to manage mess of tasks and ideas coming from everywhere at work and at home. Obviously I’m talking about premium version. To my mind the product has achieved great maturity level even 3 years ago, however the team keeps polishing it to make every little step blazing fast and effortless. I like the Company Blog as well, which explains ”get things done” tricks and how to use the Todoist for that in an efficient way. It changed my habits.Thanks!

I use Todoist a lot; my current Karma level is +17k.I’m only missing a couple of small features.1) A way to quickly save a picture into Inbox on the Desktop app.Les’s say I took a screenshot and want to quickly save it to Inbox to process it later. Today I have to do the following steps: create a new task, enter a task name, save and open the task again, insert the picture as a comment. It would be brilliant if I simply hit Cmd+V on the Inbox page.2) The smart reminders (1h before, 10min before, etc) works only after I saved the task. Can you please make this button appear right in the task creation dialog, after I specified the time (so I don’t have to close and open the dialog again every time).

I've been using Todoist for a while now, and I love it! The app is incredibly easy to use and has significantly boosted my productivity. I even purchased the premium version to support the developers.However, there's one area that needs improvement: viewing completed tasks. The current implementation is quite unfriendly. I often make notes about tasks or meetings directly in the Todoist, and finding these notes later is a hassle. It would be fantastic if there were an easier way to view completed tasks and sort them by tag. This feature would make it much simpler to locate specific notes and references.
We’ve done the usual fixing and squashing to keep things working as they should be.
Select “What’s New” in your settings to view even more polishes and bug squishes.
