I was looking for a taxi to get home early in the morning from the hospital after a very hard night there. Never used Uklon before. My usual taxi service was not available, so I have downloaded the Uklon app. Initial setup was pretty straightforward and fast. I have managed to book the ride in minutes. The driver arrived very fast. And here comes very small, but important detail that shows how user oriented are the designers and developers of the app. I got a message on the app screen that informed me to use a flashlight, so the driver will see me in the dark (it was 6am). When I pressed the flashlight button - the app screen has turned yellow (so the driver will see it clearly), and also it was showing me a registration number of the car in big type size, so I could recognize the car. Thank you very much for that! Very simple, yet useful and thoughtful.Highly recommend!

Terrible service and drivers

It’s seems like drivers and cars shape absolutely not checked for Uklon and this taxi service just doesn’t care about it.Before delete this app I had many drivers which constantly ignore all road rules and drive at high speed, cars were dirty, drivers doesn’t wear masks, last time before delete this app driver had strong gas smell inside car. And I didn’t mention yet that if you had any issues customer service will just ignore all your emails and calls(there is no other way to contact expect email and phone call)If you want to stay alive and with good health you shouldn’t use this service

They do not care about loyal customers

Today I had an awful experience: I had an appointment and I was almost late, by foot i can get to the place in 25-30 minutes, and I decoded that on a taxi it will be faster. So I ordered the taxi. The driver was 2 minutes from me, but he stopped and did not move to me. I called the driver and he said that he is with another passenger and he almost finished. I said ok ( bit actually this is not ok at all) I waited for a couple minutes, driver did not move and I cancelled the order. Of course I was already late and I told the support that this is inappropriate and they should reward customers who suffers because of such driver's behavior and give at least a voucher with discount. The answer was no, because I did not waited long enough. I was using the app almost everyday and instead of give something to apologies they just said that they will talk with driver, why I need your talks? Who will return lost time for me? Who will change bad experience? I am very disappointed. And the issue not even in Voucher but in the way your treat clients.

I am extremely disappointed with the functionality of the Uklon app. It frequently fails to provide clear or transparent reasons for rating decreases. As a user, I find it unacceptable that my rating can be impacted by something as subjective as a driver’s personal preference, like not liking the scent of my perfume.The lack of transparency in the rating system makes it impossible to address or improve any issues, as there is no feedback provided. This is not only frustrating but also unfair. Why should my experience and rating be at the mercy of such arbitrary factors?The overall service quality leaves much to be desired, and the app feels poorly optimized for a modern customer-focused experience. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable and professional taxi service.
