Only one route

Would be great if app had been able to give you more then one route for a trip. The one that app chooses is maybe the shortest, but might have a massive amount of obstacles (bad road condition, road repairs, jams, railway crossing etc) and drivers will stick to this route even if it takes ages to arrive to the destination address.
And if you ask to change route drivers start to act rude and offended, because they have to call operator to re-calculate new route. It takes time as well.
If taxi considered as an option to go somewhere faster then public transport, why you have feeling that you’re traveling be a tram that cannot change its route without suffering and conflicts from both sides?

They do not care about loyal customers

Today I had an awful experience: I had an appointment and I was almost late, by foot i can get to the place in 25-30 minutes, and I decoded that on a taxi it will be faster. So I ordered the taxi. The driver was 2 minutes from me, but he stopped and did not move to me. I called the driver and he said that he is with another passenger and he almost finished. I said ok ( bit actually this is not ok at all) I waited for a couple minutes, driver did not move and I cancelled the order. Of course I was already late and I told the support that this is inappropriate and they should reward customers who suffers because of such driver's behavior and give at least a voucher with discount. The answer was no, because I did not waited long enough.

I was using the app almost everyday and instead of give something to apologies they just said that they will talk with driver, why I need your talks? Who will return lost time for me? Who will change bad experience?

I am very disappointed. And the issue not even in Voucher but in the way your treat clients.

Problem with Payment Methods

I was a huge fan of the app for a very long time and used it over Uber and Bolt most of the times, however recently the quality of cars you get in Business got worse, the quality of drivers as well. And the major issue for me is that it keeps changing your payment method to cash. It is really irritating, when you thought you have paid, and the driver tells you that you didn’t and the payment method is cash, which I would never choose, since I only use my card for taxi services. This led to a couple of unpleasant situations and I would like this not to happen again. Please stop changing the payment method to cash.
