Приїхали на станцію зарядитись, тут виявилось, що не можу зайти в додаток - забула пароль, а на пошту лист не приходить. Написала в службу підтримки, проблему вирішили тільки за 2 год, виявилось що в профілі не підтверджена моя пошта, при цьому ніяких сповіщень, що потрібно підтвердити пошту - не приходило. Зв’язатись зі службою підтримки важко.

Проїхав на електромобілі більше ніж 100 тис км можу сказати із впевненістю, що інфініті- це найгірша компанія зарядних станцій в Україні! Технік півроку їде для діагностики та ремонту системи охолодження 🤦🏻

Дякувати Богу, що тема електрозарядок розвивається, та в Україні вже багато інших є! Тепер планую поїздки без станцій інфініті 🤮
