I love the app but
The app has stopped working for now, since I updated to IOS 14, it opens but it doesn’t show me any information anymore for some reason, and sometimes it says no internet connection even when I’m connected to the WiFi right next to me, can you please check that out ?

Thanks for mobile care feature, BUT
1) in general ui is overloaded with unnecessary menus. in my case - I manage 4 different accounts, all I want to see after login is next payment date, amount, and general plan info which is hidden in a different tabs. if I skipped payment date, balances tab is empty so I can’t analyse how effective was my plan and also I need to open other tab to get plan name and it’s cost. In case with handmade plan, it always shows default values so I’m not able to see its conditions without payment.
2) changing tariff on number which is under my “care” still requires sms authorisation, in case with elderly people it requires your physical involvement with device, please make mobile care feature friendly for remote management.
P.s Lifecell Ukraine, please add Apple Watch ESIM support. Thank you.

Доброго дня! Розробники зараз працюють над додаванням Мультиакаунта для IOS (додавання 2 й більше номерів), рекомендуємо слідкувати за оновленнями на офіційних ресурсах :)

No way to log in
App always says that the captcha is invalid. But, there is no captcha to enter. Fabulously useless. Support is rude. They stop the conversation on their own. Support says “no problem exists” while the problem exists. Lifecell spams me with their unneeded SMS, but when I've topped up the balance with a bit less sum than it's needed for the tariff to be active, nobody said to me that I've put not enough money. I'm very angry about such a client service. Looking for a bit more client-oriented provider. Same advice to each of their current customers.
