Hello
While logging in, if for some reason (maybe slow Internet) it takes long to log in it will just hang. And you can't do anything except uninstall and install back. Starting to get frustrating
Apple Macintosh Technician
Tried out the app so far so good,it has a clean easy to use design a little like previous Barclays app though. Older Barclays app is still active though if one logs in with it,I’m not sure why it has not been disabled to give way for this new one but good enough it was pulled off the AppStore. Hope our online banking security is not at stake having both working.
Face ID not working!!
Great app, love using it but since the latest update, Face ID has stopped working. I’ve checked in settings and turned it on but it deactivates the moment I exit the app.
Please rectify this as it made the login process easy & quick.
