Description

For discounted price the Network & System Toolkit represents the best choice for every admin, developer or geek who wants to learn more about his network, devices & operating system. The bundle consists of two apps - Network Analyzer & System Status.

Network Analyzer is an all-in-one iPhone and iPad app for network analysis, scanning and problem detection. It is equipped with a high-performance wifi device discovery, including all the device's addresses, manufacturers and names. Further, Network Analyzer contains standard net diagnostic tools such as ping, traceroute, port scanner, DNS lookup, whois, and network speed test.

System Status is the ultimate app for monitoring and optimizing your iPhone and iPad performance. System Status provides powerful graphical monitoring of all the device's resources such as CPU, memory, disk, battery and wifi/cell data usage. Further, it offers access to operating system stats including network connection list and routing table. Finally, System Status displays operating system details such as kernel version, memory page statistics and shows various hardware-related data.

Feature I did not find that I wanted to see

I was a former user of the app inSSIDer previously my favorite networking tool until it disappeared off google and apple stores. I would love to see the Networks tab of inSSIDer incorporated into this app.

Great App

Don’t listen to complaints…
It’s not Kali but given all of Apple’s restrictions I’m impressed this app does what it does. I can quickly see all network devices ip, hostnames & scan for ports, external ip & routing table without having to pull out my laptop.

Very Useful Analysis Tools

This bundle provides a powerful set of tools to supply useful info about your device and its connectivity. Some of the device and network info can already be found on the device, but not in a single-glance-style that these apps provide. There are also tests and granular references to system processes that I'm sure make more sense to developers and those on the programming side. But there are also simple tools that anyone can run, observe, and understand. Some require mild understanding of how the internet works, and some remind me of OS X network utility tasks, so anyone with that familiarity should feel at home. There is also a user guide (documentation) that provides explanations for all the features and cites further info to explore. These seem well worth the value for their utility, especially if you've ever wondered more about your device, or what it connects to.
