One of the things that I don’t like about gym tracking apps is how much time you have to dedicate to tracking rather than actually working out. This app does not have this problem. It’s very easy to use and it actually motivates me to focus more on working out than the app fiddling. Additionally it has all sorts of information about different muscles and how to engage them. Thank you guys!

I really like this as a home workout tool. You are able to choose the areas to workout and the equipment that you have available. You also see a demo video that demonstrates the specific exercise. Easy to use and record workouts.
