Although- should be able to see past days
Also, when I got app June 1 I pushed on a workout to see walking involved. App started - I stopped it like in 5 seconds. Now it counted that as Day 1. Five second workout. Can’t erase. Can’t go back and start on Day 1. I had to start my workouts on Day 2. Don’t like that. Also time remaining should move down as time counts. Don’t like that it still says 11 minutes remaining when I actually have less. That is maybe 6 or 5 or 1 minute left in the current section of workouts

Canceling is impossible

I am trying to cancel this subscription. I have emailed and all I get is my account basically doesn’t exist, but yet I’ve been charged. I also read where you can go in on your app and cancel. I’ve looked in the very few places you can look on the app and that is not an option. I’ve tried to research the app online hoping to find a phone number and cannot find a website. Please don’t waste your money. I’m looking at probably having to cancel my credit card and unfortunately, I have several recurring payments with this credit card so it is going to cause me lots of hassle.
I repeat do not purchase this app. You cannot get in touch with anybody. It is impossible to cancel the worst customer service I have ever ever experienced. you will end up having to cancel your credit card in order to cancel the subscription!

I had given this company a 1 star rating because canceling my account was very difficult. Mind you, I was not canceling due to anything they did. It’s solely about my own health. The app was good while I was able to use it.

They reached out to me because of that review and made sure to get it canceled. I’m hoping they will also fix it so nobody else has this problem. It should be a simple thing to do.

I do have to say that their customer service was very good for that process. They were right on top of it, so I feel good about giving them 4 stars.
