I've been looking for a free workout app of quality, and this one is the best ever created. It has a lot of features I just love. For example, The possibility of selecting your gym so that the app can create a workout plan for you based on your gym’s equipment (yes, you don't have to manually select which machines they do and do not have). Also, I love how it adapts to your desired workout frequency and expertise level, and how personalizable it is. The fact that you can also switch between gym and home workouts, and select the equipment you have at home for more personalized guidance is amazing. The workouts the app has recommended to me so far have been wonderful. I end each workout more than satisfied. Also, if you want a more personalized experience, you can get premium which offers a bunch more features to play with and track your progress. In general, it is an awesome app, and I love everything about it.

A few things that frustrated me… and then what I liked.I didn’t realize that the app needed to connect to my watch to “count” the workout. App failed to synch, so that workout was lost. I figured out how’s to put it in, but I know at least some of the data is lost. Now that I know that, the app still has a hard time connecting to my Apple Watch, even after re-installing it.The A.I. coach repeats itself between sets. Not sure if that’s avoidable, but it makes it less likely for me to want to use it.The app doesn’t allow time between sets to set up and break down equipment. This gives an inaccurate estimation of how long it will take to finish the workout.And finally, the rest timer resets if I do anything else on my phone, which is exactly when I need it working the most.What I liked:The coach is encouraging, if you need encouragement, it’s nice! The AI is good at answering questions regarding supplements, nutrition, meal timing, etc.I liked that it has other exercises to recommend when equipment isn’t available for the same exercises, and (I’m guessing) it adjusts the weight and reps accordingly.It has a ton of features that aren’t immediately visible, it takes some effort to look around and find all the things, but I like that, so… liked the community aspect, not really my thing, but cool to discover!All in all, I’m not sure if I’ll continue, but it’s definitely worth it.

This app is not perfect, but it was extremely effective for me. 4 months later I am still regularly heading to the gym, something that was a huge struggle in the past. The ability to plan workouts, record info seamlessly, and switch out exercises takes out unpleasant cognitive work out of something that can already be difficult.The AI chatbot actually usually has useful advice on exercises most of the time.Overall I’m seeing the differences in how I move and how I look in the mirror. Very greatful and enthusiastic enough to actually leave a review
