The App allows for you to place an order and process your payment regardless if the branch in your area’s online status OR the branch received my order, then went offline and couldn’t fulfill your order... either way, you can’t get a refund unless they manually process it and that take 5 - 7 working days.

I have been ordering from Mr D food nicely until today I made a mistake and pressed collect without noticing, I called right away asking for a Order cancellation or for my Order to be delivered. Guess what?? I couldn’t get help, i kept on calling asking if I can atleast get a 50% back then because the restaurant I ordered from was very far from me but there’s nothing they could do. That time, I called until the restaurant was even done with my order. They should be able to help us with such things because we all make mistakes. thanks alot! I just wasted money! Definitely not looking forward to using this app ever again

The service is great and at times I opt to use MrD instead of Uber Eats (have had a few bad experiences with them). However, I often make an order on the app and it glitches and closes. When I open the app back up there’s nothing to indicate that I’ve just made an order. There have also been times where I open to track the status of my order and the app glitches and closes. This is quite frustrating and sometimes leaves me thinking if the order has even gone through or not.

Every time I try to order ANYTHING from this malfunctioning malevolent app and head to check out it says something has gone wrong. I truly everything I tried restarting. I tried deleting and reinstalling. I tried praying to all known gods including Cthulhu but nothing. Nothing works. Stupid god forsaken app doesn’t work anymore.
