InSite Parent from Procare Software is a mobile extension of the Connect web portal. Now you will always be connected to your child’s school or center. With easy navigation and management for schedules, payments school alerts and more. Receive “Daily InSite” messages, photos and information on your child’s progress, delivered directly to your mobile device from your child’s school or center, updating you throughout the day on the activities that matters the most to you. Quick, private and secure access on the go with InSite Parent. As an authorized parent you have access to the following features: • Get school and teacher announcements • View your current bill and statements • Authorize and make payments • View your current household information • Check schedules • View your current weekly attendance • Get “Daily InSite” information about your child’s progress and view photos • View and manage linked accounts • Receive push notifications and alerts directly from your school or center To access InSite Parent, you must be authorized by a school or center using one of the following Procare Software DCW/SCW solutions: • DayCare Works • SchoolCare Works Please contact your participating school or center to authorize your access and to obtain your PIN.

Needs some work

This app needs some work. I appreciate being able to see my balance however a full statement and ability to download as pdf would be nice. Also I do not understand why there is no option save my billing information.

A big THANK YOU to the developers for actually listening to feedback from users! Not sure if I had anything to do with it (my prior review was hopefully helpful but also harsh - sorry) but all of my prior issues with the iOS 11 upgrade have been resolved. I’m back to saying this has to be the most user-friendly daycare app out there. As a busy parent it allows me to pay easily and on time, but most importantly keeps me updated about my children throughout the day. It’s simple, it’s reliable (again), allows me to stay informed and that’s all I need. Thanks again for the recent update, keep up the great work!

Far inferior to other daycare apps

Our daycare center switched to Daycare Works several months ago. We were previously using another app and quite honestly, InSiteConnect is HORRIBLE from a user interface perspective. It’s difficult and non-intuitive to read the jumbled mess when I’m trying to check in on my childrens’ day. So visually unappealing. Some recommendations: organize the day in chronological order, separate children, add a communication tool for parent and teachers to directly message, post check in and check out times, use simple color coding and/or icons to differentiate different categories of events in order to make easier to read (ex. meals have a red food icon, naps a great bed icon). Lots of ways this app can be improved.

Auto Login feature doesn’t work

It would be great if the app could save my user ID or actually have an Auto login feature. The ideal would be to allow touch login. With a 12 digit password, I have to go into my password program to retrieve the password to copy in and then entering my full email address for my user ID is just as time consuming.
