Difficult App to Use

It took me several months and an in-person visit to the Y to get access to the app at all. The account had an expired payment method and I didn’t know and saw no notice. Once I finally got on the app, the current Covid-19 schedule of appointments does not automatically come up so I have yet to sort out how to make an appointment and just show up in hopes that there is a walk-in slot. It is frustrating and the design is not very intuitive at all.
