All I need this mobile app to do is allow me to enter CRM notes on the fly between meetings. The app routinely takes over a minute to simply load, which is both crazy as all it contains is data (nothing requiring high bandwidth) and is literally the only app I have that takes more than a moment to load. Do better.
In a world of tablets, BH should be thinking mobile

Most recruitment work is done outside the office. Bullhorn should be really thinking more about their users than about just programming. Over the last 15 years I’ve used Bullhorn, I have seen the customer service and the programming slowly slip behind and new, impressive companies solve issues and help customers quickly. A major disrupter is that most of these companies are thinking mobile solutions, rather than desktop. Our company has already started to move away from Bullhorn for this reason and I’ve continued to send newcomers who look to change CRMs away from BH due to poor customer service as well as lack of functionality. For the price, there is just so much more out there these days and BH needs to realize that. Sorry to leave you have such a long time, but I don’t think I’ll be sorry and I know my P&L will greatly improve as BH is our 3rd largest expense in the business.
Easy to navigate

The app is really easy to navigate, it’s simple to use and works exactly the way I need it to. I haven’t had issues logging in or using the app so far and it’s been great to use on the go.
App limited to very basic functions

Bullhorn needs to put some R&D into their app. All this app does is allow us to do the most basic functions ie; add & view notes, view companies, view tasks, and a few minor things. Adding notes is horrible there is no auto correction or basic text support, everything is lowercase even after a period. It’s slow and time consuming to add notes. There is no ability to run a basic report or view Bullhorn Analytics. They really need to add analytics to the app. Overall it works so 2 stars is ok but it’s so limited my users don’t even bother downloading it.
