The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.
GETTING STARTED
To use the IFS goMobile Banking App, you must be enrolled as an Institution For Savings Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.
I’ve been with this bank for about 15 years and have always had top notch service! When I call them, I always get an actual friendly person to help me right off. And whether it’s a request for new checks or questions about an item I purchased and forgot what it was, they are patient and helpful. And I love supporting hometown businesses, so will never leave for a big conglomerate bank. Thanks for all you do for us!!

The bill pay app needs work. You can’t set up a recurring payment and then edit individual payment amounts like you can in BOA app, which is helpful in avoiding late fees on credit cards. May have to switch back to BOA for this functionality. Set up of new pay to accounts is not as intuitive either. Very disappointed. Was hoping to drop BOA altogether but maybe not.

I am constantly irritated by the instability of the OLB function. On more occasions than I care to remember I’ve had to change my password and in so doing have written it down on a piece of paper (how elemental) only to log out and log in sometimes within a matter of minutes only to have the new password rejected. Having just gone through this a few days ago, I’ve decided that if this happens again I’m going to switch banks to one whose OLB is more stable.
