Synovus Card Alerts makes it easy for you to get real-time alerts about your account activity by e-mail, text, or in-app. After enrolling your Visa ® credit or check card, you can choose the types of alerts you want to receive, such as notifications for: • Transaction threshold limit reached (you pre-set the threshold of your choice) • Card-not-present purchase • Declined transaction • International purchase • Gas station purchase Use this app in conjunction with Synovus Mobile Banking app to get the most benefit out of your card. For the Synovus Card Alerts app, you will create a new username and password. Message and data rates may apply. Let’s me know anytime my card has been used , how much and location . Great thing to have in case you didn’t get receipt and even better if your card is lost or stolen . Let’s you know within a couple of minutes as soon as card is used . Love it

This app is basically useless it doesn’t show transactions or there details. It doesn’t give you the ability to control your cards like card apps from almost all other bank card apps so if you need to turn your card off and on. My wife misplaced her card we just wanted to turn it off till we found it just to be safe she had to call and spend almost 50 minutes on the phone
