I have watched HGTV for years, but I never knew how I could get started in Real Estate Investing because I knew I was lacking enough knowledge to be confident. I have a 19 year old daughter who was telling me she is interested in being an investor. I knew about this app and decided that I would give it a chance and then besides helping myself, I could help teach my daughter too. I kept running into friends who wanted to discuss real estate investing and I was telling them about this app, but I realized that I should be trying it out for myself. I opened the app and started driving around with my friend and we had a lot of fun looking for properties. The app was very intuitive. The more I used the app, the more I was learning new things. I also started driving virtually. My favorite feature is Alma the AI chat because it’s like having a mentor available to teach you things and keep you from making mistakes. It’s so fast and easy to add properties that I’ll have 300 in no time. I don’t see any reason why anyone should hesitate to get this app, unless you live near me, because I don’t want more competition and I want all the deals, haha just kidding. You have nothing to lose, just get this app.

Absolutely amazing application for investors wholesalers anybody in real estate in all stages of their career weather you’re just getting started like myself or if you already have an up and running business, and wanna take it to the next level. Of course I’m not there yet, but I can’t help to think about the possibilities once I do get there that this app or this tool well allow me to do I could write 10 pages about all the different functions in applications that DealMachine has available, but just on the surface it allows you to To find thousands of leads efficiently, organize them them gives you all the information on the spot about each Property their owner Records Skiptracing cops then gives you the option to do all the marketing in terms of mailers Cold calling. If you’re like me and getting started, I need to drive for dollars you can literally do it from your couch virtually, You can plan out routes so that way you can focus more on the properties as opposed to your route you could do it free I mean, I can go on and on about how awesome this app is if you were able to give 10 stars I would give 11

As an beginner/intermediate real estate investor I have been searching for the best systems to add to my business that would make my driving for dollar experience more seamless. At first I would just drive through a neighborhood and when I would see what I thought was a distress property I would write down the address. Once I would compile enough properties I would go home and try to find out who owned the property and if the property was owner occupied or had an absentee owner. This approach was tiring and I would hit so many road blocks. I would also have to create my own postcards and the go to the post office to mail them, but then I was introduced to DealMachine. I think that DealMachine is the best driving for dollars system that has been developed. It has taken my business to a different level because now I am able to drop a pin on any property, get instant information about the property, and I can immediately send a postcard through the DealMachine app as well as skip trace the owners information so that I can call or email them. I would highly recommend DealMachine to and Real Estate Investor. Like I said DealMachine is AMAZING!!!!Karl

I am young and new to real estate investing. I’ve searched online for the best apps and best ways to find leads. After trying other methods, I decided to stick with Deal Machine. The main reason why I decided to use deal machine is because the functions and appearance of the app is trendy which I believe appeals to my age group (Gen Z ) though it can be used by anyone regardless of age. The add picture function is my favorite because now I don’t have to search through my photos app to find a picture of the home as I did before without Deal machine. All of my info is right in the app. I also like that Deal Machine includes the house number so while I’m driving while it’s getting dark or if a house number is missing, I can guess the number based on the surrounding homes. Customer service is also quick and helpful with answering any questions I have. Again, I am new to real estate and still learning the ropes so I’m a beginner in the field of real estate apps. But, from my experience so far, Deal Machine is the best choice for me in organization and finding leads.
