The Nav app could definitely be better. I’ve found minor bugs like when you’re filling out the verification forms to have your business attached to your account, sometimes it doesn’t go through and you have to try multiple times or call the customer care number, and that goes for the personal credit monitoring form as well. Also, the number on the app for support/contact is wrong and now belongs to a different organization, that was very weird when I discovered it. Lastly, it is also sad that the basic account only lets you have one business per profile and doesn’t let you follow/monitor any additional businesses. I do not think that should be a paid feature. Asides that, the app is decent and useful in suggesting how you can boost and grow your business credit.

Just a great app. A all in once place to help you track and build your credit. Matched me with a business credit card that I was happening to get offers in the mail from anyway (so their matching obviously works) I gave it a try by licking the link through the app and got my first unsecured business credit card for my small business. of course it wasn’t because NAV actually sent me to the card that got me approved and it was a combination of my business and personal credit but never put it all right in front of me to go get it! Love this app

I was having a very hard time trying to start my own business which I’m just 4 months in legally. I have clientele I’ve had for many years and so I stepped out on faith to become a business owner. Nav has been the best part of this journey as I have went from 0 buds score to a 95 in 2 months. So I say all that to say? make Nav your 1st stop when starting out it’s basically a 10 in 1 app. checking charge card, trade lines and reporting those trade lines to the 3 credit bureaus. Some mistakes I’m trying to correct so take it from me. Let NAV PRIME BE YOUR 1st step on the ladder to success
