Fine when it works

This app works fine for a few times and then it freezes and won’t change the day when you try to schedule a class. I always have to delete the app and reinstall it.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Just started to act up. Trying to schedule a class is a nightmare. Never had a problem till the last two weeks. Won’t open, won’t switch to schedule 48 hours ahead. Now it won’t even open to check in. I tried logging out and logging back in- turning my phone off and even deleting and reinstalling the app. When I mentioned it to the front desk I was told that there have been other people with the same issues. What a waste!!!!!!

I have attempted to log in several times and receive an error saying “invalid information “. I thought maybe my password was wrong so I selected the option to reset it. Supposedly I was to receive an email to reset pw. Never got that email. The app is useless
