App finally supports iOS devices, but doesn’t work properly. I’m forced to re-register each time I reopen the app.

Good concept but when app fails. Locked out

Our apartment only has this to work the gate, so when the app fails, we are locked out for hours, UNLESS we have somebody on the inside to drive by the sensor and open it. I feel like this is the only way in which leads to problems.

I was nervous about this with some of the bad reviews, but it looks like the majority of them were from over a year ago. We’ve been using this for the last 9 months with no issues. We love that we can open the gate from our unit without having to go to a window or physically out to the gate. It’s awesome!
Version 2.1.42 ruined the additional users

Hello, ever since the app got updated to the latests version it keeps asking my other 2 additional devices that I previously had linked to “Verify your a person” and to add the phone number as soon as you close the app. Previous before this version my other 2 devices that I linked never had an issue with that. Why was this change implemented? Can this be fixed urgently? Thanks!
