So this app is awesome for checking your schedule. For asking for PTO or even having to schedule sick time at the last minute. My only dislike is the performance tab. That SHOULD NOT be on this app. Verint is used for schedules! Not your work performance. Jobs have other sites where you can check your performances for the job. So to have the performance tab on here just make stress more present and anxiety more present. Cause for those people who are really worried about their performances, you’ve now made it possible for them to stress more and check this app 50 million times a day if they want. It needs to be removed and it should only be around scheduling.

I would be embarrassed to be the creator of this app knowing how useless it is! Seriously, take the time to read the negative reviews and then fix this garbage. It never works properly. It is 100% guaranteed to freeze every single time you use it, and it’s almost always when you’re in a time crunch and need to be quick. Too many businesses rely on this app for it to be this useless! And who thought it was a good idea to have the spinning wheels for the times? This isn’t The Price is Right! Let us type the times in. The majority of the time, it changes the time anyway when you try to spin and select it. Also, please make it to where it’s not selected automatically for “all day” or at least move it away from the button to submit. Several times I’ve accidentally hit it because they are so close and had it give me all day PTO which wipes out all my other selections, and if they are no longer available, I have to call and get it fixed. So many things needs to be changed about this app to make it functional and user friendly.

I appreciate this app, especially when you need to use VTO( Voluntary Time Off) because it appears instantly, if available. There are sometimes minor glitches, but overall the app is A-1!/ Fast forward 3 years later and this app is having to many error moments. Like the past two days, I’ve been having re-enter my credentials after relaunching every 15 seconds. HELLLLLLP!!!!

This app is awful. My workplace demands that we use this app for call offs. Every single time I’ve had to use it, it tells me it’s been too long and to re-enter my credentials. Which, fine, okay, no problem. You’d think. But every time I try to log in, I get an error telling me my credentials are incorrect. I’ll re-enter several times before frustration kicks in. This is supposed to be convenient and easy but has yet to be a pleasant experience. I usually end up calling my boss directly (which we are not supposed to do) to let them know I’m not coming in. Thankfully my boss is really cool and I don’t call off very often, otherwise I could be in trouble for no call/no show.
