This app makes it easy to track your sessions, production and storage. It has a lot of options for display so you can stay on top of your supply day over day, week over week or even breast over breast. The most helpful daily feature I use is it tells you how long it’s been since your last pumping session and you can even set alarms to help remind you to pump. I’m EPing and in the first few weeks I kept running to the fridge to double check the time stamp of my last bag. I highly recommend this app to anyone trying to keep track of their pumping, supply, or the countdown to their last pumping day. It’s super simple to use and is jam packed with features so you can track as much (fresh, frozen, eaten) or as little (pump sessions) as you like.

I exclusively pumped with both of my babies and used this app from day 1. With each baby, I tracked my pumping output with 3 or 4 apps, to see which one I liked better. I read reviews and most suggested a different app where you can input the first so many sessions before having to pay for the app, a couple friends recommended that one too, but I loved this app way more. Easy to use, great features, easy to navigate. I love that it tells you when you can stop pumping based on how much of a supply you have, you can mark whether it’s fresh, in the fridge or freezer, and easy to mark once it’s drank. And you can download all of it to an excel sheet! Seriously love it and plan on using it again with the next baby (in a couple years)!

I never write app reviews, but I do love this one. I’ve been exclusively pumping to feed my little girl practically since she was born. It works for us and she’s still able to get my breast milk. This app helps me track daily and each session, how much and how long. It’s extremely easy to use which I love! Just hit start, you can pause a session and hit end when you’re finish. It separates the days and let’s you know the amount you’ve pumped for that day, even for the month in total. I’ve tried other apps and this is by far the easiest to track your pumping sessions!

I was having trouble of keeping logs from starting a journal to creating a note with columns and between the back and forth from the timer, looking at the time and trying to write it down all at the same time, was a bit for my newly first time postpartum self. I love that this app has everything I need from the countdown timer, the notifications it’s time to pump and end, the entire log with all the information and ability to export if needed. The only downside I found is that you only get notification to stop pumping based on your countdown if you’re in the app when it ends. Otherwise, it won’t alert you until your back so you constantly have to go back and check if your doing something else.
