Im writing this review to express my gratitude for zaincash not just as an app but a public service for the iraqi society as it stands now as a huge help for me to get my transactions done and easy between other platforms and parties, also an easy way to buy anything that i want from egoods to pay debits to cashout salary. My encounter with the ZainCash has been nothing short of a nightmare. From technical glitches to an abysmal customer service team, this app has left me with a bitter taste.First and foremost, the app's functionality was far from satisfactory. It frequently crashed, froze, and had numerous bugs that hindered my user experience. Simple tasks turned into frustrating endeavors, and it seemed like each update only made matters worse.To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service team for assistance, my problems only multiplied. The responses were slow and unhelpful, often consisting of generic automated replies that didn't address my concerns. It felt like they didn't care about resolving issues or retaining satisfied customers.After several attempts to seek help, I finally managed to connect with a live representative, but their attitude was appalling. They seemed disinterested, lacked basic knowledge about the app's functionality, and even seemed dismissive of my complaints. It was as if they were doing me a favor by responding, which is unacceptable when users invest time and money into an app.The lack of transparency and accountability from the customer service team was evident when they failed to provide any concrete solutions or offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused.Given this harrowing experience, I strongly advise against using this app. Save yourself the stress and frustration, and opt for a more reliable and customer-centric app. It's a shame that an app with potential is marred by such subpar customer service and technical issues.

As mentioned above, this problem really needs fixing, I always end up needing to check my texts on the phone, but when I am travelling I need to have another phone just for the statement messages, a real time statement solution is needed; in addition, when authenticating with face ID, it is better if the app uses the system’s confirmation process “double pressing the power button”, or something simillar to that, to avoid accidental purchases, otherwise, a very useful application.
