I have been trying to get someone to help me. It crashes, my account was kicked out and now it is not recognizing my email, despite it has send me various email, when I try to log in it says email invalid. I. annoy create another account because then it says that “the email is already in use”. Try to call customer service and the machine says they are full and terminates the call automatically. Si if someone in evertec is reading this, please call me or reach out to me, I need help. The app support link actually does not support at all it should read “app FAQs”

After making a refund to a customer that make the wrong payment, they refuse to refund the fee for the transaction and there is not advertising about that on the page. Paypal will give you the full refund and customer can do payment with they atm card. Fee are the same but better customer service.
