You can now contact our team of cybersecurity experts by replying directly to any notification you receive. Click the 'Reply' button when viewing a notification, and a chat thread will appear for that notification, which you can access at any time.

You can now add email addresses to your list of phishing targets. Click on either the link in the 'Phishing campaign starting' notification, or the 'About this service' page under 'Phishing campaign' in the 'Tools' section to access the list of targets and add using the button on screen.

Communcation with our team of cyber experts is now much easier as we've joined up your question and reply in a message thread. You'll also see the most pertient FAQs in a popup when asking the expert, to help save you waiting for a response where possible.

We've added a new 'FAQ' section under the 'More options' menu with answers to your most frequently asked questions.

NEW You can now use the Response App in French! To update your language settings, simply: • Select 'More options' on the top right • Select 'My profile' • Under your name and job title, select 'Edit your data' • Scroll to the bottom, where you will see the new 'Language' option, offering both English and French Once you've switched languages, you will find all app text switches to your preferred language. As well as this, the terms and conditions will be downloaded to your device in your chosen language. Any new teammates you invite to sign up can also select their preferred language from the registration page, so their app experience will be in this language from the start.
