Fixed bug where users who are not part of a group can't make observations, and a few minor bug fixes.

Fixed a bug where observations created without a polygon, but with the "Generate Polygon" option checked, were not creating default polygons. Also fixed a bug where projects weren't defaulting to the project-level plant list. Other small bug fixes.

The new preferences panel allows you to select which groups and projects historical observations will be downloaded to your device. In addition there is a new form field type which allows for instructional text to be included within a form. Finally, a number of bugs have been fixed.

This update fixes the so-called "Ghost Record" issue that some people have reported, fixes the issue where choosing "Other..." creates incorrect data, makes the refresh process more robust, and fixes an assortment of other issues and bugs.

Bug fixes: background polygons in history maps are shown again; choosing photos from your library will update your observation location and date; refreshing will no longer duplicate plant lists. New feature: forms can now include more than one plant field.

When creating a new assessment, the old polygon is displayed on the map (in light blue with a dashed outline). Also, a map preview appears on the main form. Finally, a few bug fixes.
