I like the concept of this app. It’s great to see video clips of the PT exercises and hear the prompts and corrections. Areas in need of work: the completed exercises post on random dates. Exercises completed in the same session will post to different dates. Once all exercises posted 2 days in the future- makes it hard to track their frequency. The video clips stall out sometimes and will run for hours in a loading status. Only thing that works is to delete app and reinstall.

This app has been the answer to my search for an easy to use, intuitive, HEP program. As a mobile physical therapist, I don’t have time for digging thru loads of pre-recorded or generic exercises, then tweaking them to be suitable for each individual client. This app allows me to easily and securely record a client in-session as I verbally guide them thru their HEP. When I’m done teaching them their HEP, a couple quick entries for sets/reps/frequency, and I’m done. Clients love having video clips and verbal cues that are specific to them—really allows the PT experience to feel personalized to THEIR problem. And the new messaging feature is so convenient—allows me to quickly check in on clients or for them to submit a video of themselves exercising to seek feedback/corrections. Get this app, you’re clients will love it and you’ll love the time it saves you, while also enhancing the care you give!

As a patient this is a great app to keep me accountable on my PT exercises. The past few days, though, it keeps crashing and won’t let me open it to view my notes or log activity.

This app is a great idea, but it signs you out after every use, doesn’t show notifications of messages etc., messages are always disappearing, doesn’t mark in any way that you’ve finished your exercise for the day, no calendar view that I can see or progress bars etc., just an overall terrible experience. I have to email or text my provider directly several times a week
