Pelvic Floor Program Junky

I’ve done em all. You name the program, and I’ve probably done it. I feel like I have a moderately good foundation in 360 degree breathing and have worked in a few programs with PRI moves as well, but this program knits them together in a very cohesive way. I started it because I felt I was healed enough to start heavier lifting but after a few weeks, a nagging voice in my head told me I might need more core canister work as I still struggle with doming or coning when I’m doing work in a plank or even all fours.

The instructions are clear and bring extra education and I love that the videos use models with different body types. While I of course bristled at having to stop all other exercise for the first steps of the program, I can see why it’s necessary. Many programs I’ve done have focused on contraction contraction and I can see that I’ve developed tension in response to that.

I look forward to the program every day so far and I can’t wait to keep working through and feel confident all the pieces will be there! I also can’t wait until new weekly classes are added!!!

BEST Pelvic Floor PT and Program

I started following Caroline in 2020 after the birth of my first son, vaginal delivery with borderline 4th degree tear. I learned so much from her reels and ended up seeing a PF PT. Even after my second child I went back to another PF PT. Over the past 4 years I’ve worked with 3 PF PTs and after starting this program I learned more in the one week reset phase than I had with my in-person visits! She explains things so well and I am SO EXCITED to keep going with this program. I always thought I understood 360 diaphragm breathing and was able to engage my pelvic floor/feel it, but after the first week I realized I really had no idea. While I had the vagina whisperer’s program, and she is great too, I have found this program to be SO MUCH more educational and easy to do and understand. Best PFPT home program

I have previously done extensive in-person PFPT and 2 other home PFPT guided programs, and this is, by far and away, the best! I struggled with diastasis and pelvic floor tension postpartum that were exacerbated by higher intensity strength training. I am on week 9 of her program and my core is now stronger than ever and I am able to do core exercises and strength training without issue. Caroline’s programming and cues during the workout is so helpful. I realized I was compensating poorly when doing similar core exercises in the past without having her helpful cues to keep me on track. Her educational materials are also phenomenal (I am an OBGYN and I refer patients to her free resources regularly). I highly recommend it! If you have doubts, you will see the difference in your 2 week free trial.
