I went to korea for medical purpose. I had no korean phone, just internet connection. I was definitely desperate. I found shuttle the only app that was in english and delivered all types of food. I spent the entire stay ordering from them in my hotel and never was I disappointed. The food came fast and was always warm and fresh even in freezing cold. I am forever grateful for the customer service being extra communicative about the status of your order. I had a few order cancelled because of the stores not the service and they promptly reimburse. I hope you guys never shut down. The best in the game

Waited 3 hours to find out they lost my order

I used this app for the first time because I have just moved to Korea and it is the only app I could find where I didn’t need a Korean phone number or ARC (I don’t have either yet). I ordered around 6:20pm, but by 8:20 I still had not received my order or any update about it. I used the Live Chat to ask about it only to be told to wait. I assumed they were checking the system or contacting the driver, but 30 minutes later I just got asked if I had received my order yet. I still had not. Finally, after over 3 hours from when I placed my order, I got told apparently my order was being shown as delivered so they can give me a refund if I still hadn’t received it. The app still showed my order was being processed, but apparently since they use third party delivery services, the order tracker does not get updated. Why is there one then? It’s 9:30 at this point, so I accepted the refund (which will take a week) and ended up having to go to a convenience store for dinner. I guess I’ll just wait until I have my phone number and ARC to use a reliable delivery service.

Bottom line: terrible app

I have ordered from you company Five times within the course of two weeks, and only one order has been completed. The other four orders were canceled for one thing or another. I have yet to receive a refund any of the cancelled orders. But I have A refund for item that was no longer available within the order that was completed; the day after it was ordered. I was told by your associates multiple times how I could receive my refund via your services, then continue to try to give my a 4,000won credit (a sum of $3 dollars compared to the over $80 I have spent). But from that time to now I was told to call my credit card company to have the charge reversed.. I don’t see the logic of the action especially since I did receive a refund of an item that wasn’t no longer available within the order I DID receive. At this point, I feel scammed and taken advantage of. I want my money back and credit for the meals I have not received. Three weeks have gone by at this point in time. I do plan to escalate this situation as far as I can.

Bad costumer service, refund take 1 week

I am writing this review because it has happened to me several times and I have never received any type of compensation and I have to wait 1 week to receive my money back. The problem with shuttle is that they do not have any type of responsibility with the client and if the restaurant is closed but they did not notify shuttle, shuttle will charges you and then lets you know that the restaurant is not responding and that they are going to cancel the order to give your money back. The problem with this is, that if that was the only money you had to buy food outside you know that you will not be able to buy anything thanks to shuttle policy and you will have to eat stone or look in the garbage , this is terrible and I wish that shuttle would at least impose a fine on the restaurant so that the client can receive a shuttle credit and be able to buy something, that's why I give this app 1 ⭐️ ; i wish i could give 0 star and I do not recommend using this app.
