The app's emphasis on goal-realization is what really gives it an edge. Rather than treating mindfulness as an abstract way of freeing yourself temporarily from the pressures of day-to-day life, it wants you to channel your stresses and anxieties directly into achievement. For those who find meditation and relaxation challenging, Primed Mind manages to make it feel grounded and purposeful. This App contains an In-App-Product called Primed Membership After Signing Up for free you can listen to different Primers and Course Sessions. You get full access to Your Professional Coaching Content by subscribing to our monthly, yearly or lifetime subscription. Prices differ depending on the local App-Store your Account is connected to and will be shown within the App. The Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. This Subscription automatically renews 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the initial subscription. Great visualization

I have a subscription to this as well as another popular meditation app and use both every day. Been using this for about 2 months now and the other for about a year. They both have a little different focus. Primed Mind is great because it has a lot of interesting visualizations that help you get relaxed or motivated etc. I'm a visual person and often find myself doing visualization during "normal" meditation anyway, so I really enjoy the ones in this app. It also gets really motivating and intense during some of the motivation ones, which will energize you and get you ready to go for your goals. The one I have used the most is the quick "relax now", which really gets me relaxed in only 5 minutes. I do have one concern, which is that my favorite one, "relax now" that was the 7 minute long version, seems to have disappeared or I just can't find it. Any way to bring it back? I enjoyed the feeling of relaxing in that forest next to the lake :)

I’ve had many guided meditation apps and this one mixes the feeling of meditation with a sense of purpose. I feel relaxed with a lazer-like focus after completing one of the exercises. There are a number of guided meditations specific different outcomes. You’ve got health, habits, mindset, calm, sleep, feel good, etc and each is aimed at helping get you to a quality emotional state to accomplish the thing you’re pursuing. I’d recommend this for anyone with paralysis by over analysis, and encourage that person to complete Primed Mind’s one page productivity planner prior to going through one of the 15 min exercises in the app. This will help you establish a goal to complete for the day and give you the fuel and calmness of mind to pursue the goal.

The scripts in this app or to generic to be helpful. For confidence, you get a repeated exhortation to see yourself as confident and then become who you see… So confident! For habits, you get told that habits are really important and exhorted to drop bad habits and start good habits, and imagine how great you feel when you have good habits! You cannot change your behavior by saying “OK, now I have good habits!” Behavior change comes from breaking things down into small, concrete bites that you can take action against. And for a lot of people who need confidence or better habits or similar, the problem is specifically that you don’t know what the content of that category really looks like because you haven’t lived it yet. One of the major advantages of guided visualization is that a person, a guide, can show you what you don’t know and then help you get there. This content from Primed Mind does not do that. Do not subscribe.

Sometimes you don’t realize something is working until you stop doing it. For example I’ve had the app only a short time and listen consistently to the Daily one to set the tone for my day. I have seen a huge difference in how my day goes when I do listen vs when I don’t listen to it. When I do listen to the meditation I handle stresses and unexpected things much better, I have more patience. My day starts off with me feeling much more positive and motivated. I get up earlier and I get more done. This is now part of my daily routine and I’m integrating more short meditations throughout the day.
