It’s a good app. Very user friendly & call procedure is simple and easy. Customer service is always on top of their game. Impossible to recharge. You have to call them every time

It’s so annoying when there is a functionality to recharge from the app and that doesn’t work. It shows an error message and when you check your credit card it shows an temporary charge from Raza. Then you have to keep checking every day to make sure that temporary transactions doesn’t go through.It’s really frustrating. No wonder they have bad ratings for app. Use cards people. Stay away from this bad app and bad design.

Overall the call quality is great. But recently whenever app gets updated, you will need to sign in again. This is a real bummer and deal breaker for parents who are not tech friendly. I hope the team addresses this issue with future updates
