I love Northrim bank. I’ve been with them since I’ve been back from Georgia which has been about four years. they know me by name there ,they treat you like family they’re always willing to help, always super friendly and customer service oriented. IfI ever have an issue it’s always met with Let’s figure that out.If you’re looking for a bank, that’s goes at extra mile and has that home town feel , go with Northrim you won’t be disappointed.

I love Northrim Bank’s mobile banking service. I use it all the time and it’s great to be able to access all my account accounts and our joint accounts and keep track of our finances.I have the same mobile banking service at another bank out of state. I would just like to say that I don’t have to put in my password and start over on logins nearly as often as I do with the Northrim Bank mobile banking service. It can be frustrating, especially if I’m out shopping and just want to check my balance.. it’s the only improvement I can suggest. I love everything else.

This is Northrim: start the process, move the camera over the check and awkwardly click. Wait for confirmation you tried. Wait for a confirmation it actually was accepted. When it isn’t accepted it gives, as a possibility that you tried to deposit too many checks but it doesn’t tell you what the limit is. I tried to deposit three checks. You accepted one.My other bank: Start the process, move the camera over the check and their system decided when the check is lined up and automatically takes the picture. Then I wait to see that it was deposited...no second step.I’ve been denied a deposit by your bank many times but never by my other bank.
Not as easy to deposit here as my other bank
