[EDIT: I’ve now discovered that it works fine on my iPhone 6. So if you’re using it on an iPhone, go for it. I don’t have a tripod for my phone, so I can’t. It still pretty much doesn’t work at all on my iPad. So still a 1 star rating for that & the lack of product support & instructions.]I downloaded it onto my iPad Pro 10.5” (iOS 13.5.1) to take pics of Comet Neowise & I simply couldn’t get the app to respond to my taps most of the time. In camera mode, I could tap around the screen all night, but no adjustment would change. I could press the shutter & that’s it. In editing mode, it was hit or miss whether tapping on any icon on the screen would bring up a slider & then whether any slider I dragged my finger along would move at all. Sometimes they did but mostly they didn’t. I was sitting there tapping & dragging for about an hour before giving up. Maybe it’s incompatible with this latest iOS update? Obviously, some people have gotten it to work, but I’m not one of them. Maybe it works better on the iPhone?Two utterly unforgivable things: (1) No instruction manual or website or forum to go to (the website listed on this app page does not actually appear to have anything to do with this app). You have to figure problems out for yourself or you’re stuck. (2) It only works in portrait mode. I take most of my pics in landscape mode & kept having to turn it sideways to see the app’s controls.For an app that supposedly does such wonderful things, it seems a truly amateurish & clumsy piece of software. The lack of instructions & support is really breathtaking.

Upon opening the app, it asks if you want to start a “1 month” free trial. If you click to start the trial, it opens the Apple ID thing which (if you bother to read it) informs you it’s not a one MONTH free trial, but a one WEEK free trial, which will start automatically charging you $8.49/week after that week is up. You also have to cancel the subscription a day early or it won’t cancel in time. Honestly that almost killed it for me.Anyway, I backed out and clicked the tiny text at the bottom “I’m okay with watermarks” to try it instead. I can’t get a clear picture at all. Doesn’t seem to work the way it’s designed, and they want to charge $26/month for this app? Yeah, right.

It took me many hours to get a request for a refund from Applecare. I have found is impossible to delete this “virus like” app once you download it. It’s there but it’s icon does not show up on your home screen= no way to delete it! If you open it even once in just one week they will start charging you $9.35 with tax every week forever.It’s hard to understand why someone tells enough to make an app it’s just a crook and a scammer out to take people but I guess there’s people like that on this earth I hope they find a better way whoever created this app is truly a scamming grifter.I wonder if the five star reviews are just fake as well because I did try it and it does crash it’s a crap app. If you want to take night photography you’ll need an iPhone 11.I do hope Apple reads these and stopped partnering with this grifter company it tarnishes their name as well.I’ve done what I can, you have been warned do not purchase!

I downloaded this app because I was camping and wanting to take pictures of the beautiful forest next to my campsite. When I got in the app, it crashed immediately. I had to reset my phone because I couldn’t get it to work. Second, when I tried to take a picture, it would take fifty photos which really angered me. Third, it was so glitchy but that wasn’t really a problem because it was easily fixed by adjusting it.I did not like this app at all and hope its improved.Thanks for your attention.
