I've never had such a good experience when dealing with getting healthy, and this app is just icing on the cake (which you can still have if you prepare for it 😆)! It has everything program related including the tailored workout program for me. Using it is simple and makes it so easy to keep track of my tasks and goals.

Also post a real website url for support to contact you!iPhone 12 Pro Max iOS 15.2.1 I think this app is on the right track but definitely needs some fixing. I will list, in no particular order, the items I’ve noticed slacking and need to be fixed: - when flipping between apps on my phone, the app will be in a frozen state, regardless of what screen it is on. The app will either take time and load and function or the app will crash - videos uploaded become out of sync with the sound. I’ve noticed this on several of my coaches videos. - when making notes in the workout, there’s no predictive text or autocorrect functionality. - when I upload a profile picture, it always rotates it to the left - in messaging, it is confusing when there are profile icons with just the letter or initials of the people in the chat or single messaging. I don’t see value in communicating if I don’t know who people are. I’d be happy to be a beta tester to new releases or chat to help QA, if you need some help. Looking forward to the next release. I have deleted the app twice off my device and reinstalled and that has done nothing to fix. If this continues, I will tell my trainer that I will not be using this app anymore. I have also informed Apple that this app has no ability to contact the developer to report issues. To me, that flags this app as being fraudulent. Please fix the app.

As a new comer I’m using the app with much anticipation. Learning the functions and using them efficiently has been my main priority over the past 5 months. So far this is the only developer/app that i have experienced. The only criticism that i have so far is with Saving workout programs. I spend a good amount of time building programs which do not save most of the time. Re-building the programs take up precious time. I learned to press save many many times, move the screen around then press save multiple times still which works some times. The second critique is that recently when signed in “as the client” (client view) the App does not show the whole workout. It only shows my Warm Up. I did not have this issue until recently. I do not have a work around for this as of yet.

Unfortunately the program did not work for me. I did all of my workouts and meal plans to a T and it did not work. I had underlying problems that continued to show up through out the program i signed up for. I was constantly exhausted due to not getting the vitamins i needed and caused my body to go into survival mode where it stored everything causing my glucose numbers to sky rocket and make me ill. I was excited for the journey but in the end it put my body in to survival mode which made the program not work at all. I was supposed to lose 20lbs and didn’t lose any; very disappointed in how much money it cost me.
