But their AZADE customer service team needs work. It’s early the guys answering usually it’s the management team. It’s so unfortunate to have such a brand managed by such a company. Those other one star reviews should be a warning, I had a horrible experience with one of their brands Paul Bakery as much as I love Paul bakery, I had a voucher of 300 AED which their app tells you can you have if you spend AED 2500 so nothing strange here about 10% cashback, even less. I use this voucher for an order of around 300 AED but they deduct only the soups and the potato which is around AED 99 AED and charge for the rest, which after checking what can be done. you will not believe the attitude of the customer service, it's like talking to a wall with many ready to shoot templates as a canned response, I only needed an acknowledgment that their voucher is for a one time use, but the customer experience team (Horrible experience) kept justifying how this voucher is not redeemable anymore and that there is nothing that can be done..... You're talking to someone who spent at least AED 2500 to get your lousy voucher.... GOLD member but it really means nothing. do you think this is acceptable? I don't think so..

First of all, I usually go to a lot of Paul branches they serve with the welcoming different kinds of breads but this branch they only have for serving white, brown, and cereal bread.Secondly, in the qanoua citrus usually served with 4-5 shrimps, this branch they served me only 3 but I told them and they gave me 5 shrimps I would like to thanks the manager but my question! why their police is completely different because it’s in the east of riyadh??!
