The New Genie update does not allow the device to connect, scanning the QR does not work and if you add the LOT number does not work either, this are really expensive products and should not have a bad app and product support

No widget support, not able to add device to Alexa, no shortcuts, no homekit. For such a premium product to have such a lame app is a shame. And why the heck does my music pause when opening the app, c’mon such a big company as Rituals can surely hire more competent developers?

Worst product experience EVER. The Genie will only connect to wifi if right next to the router. The wifi received is too weak and the setup process is a complete joke. Not worthy of a company with Rituals otherwise splendid reputation.
