Push notifications for workflow status changes You will now automatically receive a notification when the status of your expense receipts changes, for example when they are approved or rejected. This keeps you up to date at all times. Rejection comments visible directly in the app If an expense receipt is rejected, the reviewer’s comment is now displayed directly in the app. This helps you immediately understand the reason and update the receipt quickly. Complete change history for expense receipts The full change history of an expense receipt is now visible directly in the app. All updates and status changes are displayed transparently. Improved onboarding flow The onboarding process has been improved. New users can get started faster and begin capturing their expense receipts immediately. Duplicate expense receipts Recurring expenses can now easily be duplicated. This allows you to create similar expense receipts in just a few seconds. Description as a required field (Cloud setting) Administrators can now require a description for expense receipts via the cloud settings. Spesen App 3.2.7 With version 3.2.7, we enhance transparency, workflow management and efficiency in digital expense management. Expenses can now be filtered by workflow status (draft, submitted, approved, rejected). This improves visibility for teams and structured approval processes. Push notifications now reflect workflow status and provide clear, relevant updates for employees and administrators. Each expense now includes a detailed edit history. All changes are traceable, supporting transparency, internal control and compliance. Recurring expenses can now be duplicated and edited easily, saving time for frequent entries such as travel or meal expenses. Once submitted, expenses are automatically locked to ensure data consistency during the approval process. Expenses can now be sent directly to Spesen App Cloud via the bottom sheet menu (“Submit to Cloud”). We also improved the export experience: the export window now closes automatically when clicking outside of it.
