Added support for the Mesh Smoke Detector

* CO detector automation * This new function allows you to select a set of switches (both the Energy Socket and Philips Hue Switches) that turn off when CO is detected. * Automation improvements * It is now possible to pick only an off time or an on time instead of always have to pick both. This makes tasks more flexible. It is now also possible to set the state of the device. So a light will never turn on in the wrong colour again. * Smoke detector test improvements * You will now receive a test notification when you test your smoke detector. So now you know after a test if you have configured everything correctly. If you have selected all lights to turn on when smoke is detected this will happen during a test as well. * Some other changes * - Fonts will now scale based on your iPhone's settings - Minor bugfixes
