This is my first time using the app, but definitely not a first time customer of Robeks!So far, the app has been super easy to navigate, and they make earning points, and gathering them in the app simple. I am not technologically immature, but I definitely would not consider myself tech savvy; so making things simple, easy to learn, easy to navigate, makes my life so much easier!As far as rating/reviewing the Robek’s in Newtown, CT, I have always had wonderful experiences there! The employees are professional, polite, and welcoming. I cannot tell you all how many horrible experiences I have had with so many different customer services representatives, and it is always so refreshing to go to a place like Robeks and not worry about getting an attitude, or not being greeted. The workers there are doing an amazing job! They are always quick to make the orders, the wait is never longer than just a few minutes- 5 minutes max if there is a line, and the smoothies, and foods are always made perfectly. I always know I am going to get something delicious when I come to Robeks!Overall, I am so happy that we have a place like Robeks in Newtown. I have been to other locations, and I have had similar experiences; those also, always being positive ones!My kids also love Robeks! I am so happy that Robeks makes kid friendly smoothies, Juices, and snacks! Now that I have the app, and the rewards system, I can’t wait to come to Robeks more often, and start earning points towards free free or discounted smoothies and snacks!Thanks Robeks, and great job to all of the employees who make my days just a little bit easier, and always tastier!

It's an understatement to say that I've yet to encounter a beverage I don't adore on their menu. The Robeks app has been an invaluable companion in this flavorful adventure, boasting user-friendliness that makes placing orders a breeze. The homepage infographic, which allows me to effortlessly track my accumulating reward points, adds a practical and enjoyable touch to the overall experience.Yet, there's a caveat that prevents me from awarding a perfect five stars: the app's persistent hiccup when it comes to processing my payment. It's frustrating, to say the least, to have to re-enter my credit card information with every purchase. This technical glitch consistently plagues my transactions, and it's a disheartening interruption to an otherwise enjoyable experience. Even the camera feature designed to scan credit cards fails to deliver the expected convenience. And before you ask, I've attempted this on my trusty iPhone 14 Pro, so it's not an issue with my device.Despite this vexing challenge, I remain optimistic that the talented developers behind the Robeks app will come across this feedback and diligently address these issues. After all, it's the exceptional taste and convenience that have cemented my loyalty to Robeks, and I eagerly anticipate a future where I can indulge in my favorite treats without these troublesome checkout roadblocks. Danbury Connecticut Roebeks is amazing, the staff is always on point and very pleasant, everything is always perfectly clean and fresh. The only thing that bothers me is when I buy a large drink I get extra fruit and extra frozen yogurt I’m told I can’t have the extra in another cup, which doesn’t make sense to me because I’m paying for the extra, and I would understand that rule if it were the associates that we’re making a mistake by putting too much product in but it’s not, it’s actually paid for 🤷🏼‍♀️.

I am so annoyed that I took an hour out of my day to work this app and still didn’t get my drink. I used my last couple of dollars to fill up this card, which I had to sign in to get to no less then 6 times in an hour and clear the privacy warning EVERY time. I realize this is the epitome of first world problems, but I am on a high protein liquid diet for the past six months bc of medical conditions and when I arrived to the store for help, the only person in the store did not speak English and could not help me. So I wasted my last couple of dollars and had no lunch to show for it. I have a masters degree. Not in apps obviously, but it should not be this complicated. Sign in ONCE EVER, that sign in should also include registration and then your money should be right there, after you order! Going back and forth between app and internet is too much! Now the Starbucks app... that app is so extremely user friend and this one is way too many steps! too bad I can’t get protein at Starbucks or I would never try this app again :( keep it simple!!!!
