Ducati Link App: your journey, your emotions, your Ducati. Ducati Link App: your journey, your emotions, your Ducati. With the new Ducati Link App you can experience and enjoy your Ducati even more completely. Thanks to the Ducati Multimedia System you can connect your mobile phone to the motorbikes via Bluetooth and thanks to the App you will be able to set the parameters of your Ducati in order to improve comfort and riding style, record your itineraries and your saddle performance data and always be updated on the interval schedule of maintenance of your bike. Get immediately into a community of friends with whom you can share experiences, trips, events and goals achieved thanks to Ducati Link. If you do not own a motorcycle with the Ducati Multimedia System you can still use the App with the possibility of recording a reduced data set but still accessing the other features. Caution (warning): continuous use of the GPS signal can have a significant impact on the battery life of the mobile phone. FUNCTIONS Access the App with your Ducati account or create your profile to stay connected with the Ducati digital world. Add your picture (a picture/photo of you) and your nickname and immediately connect your bike to start travelling (your journey). You and your bike – every riding session you can: - Record your performance along the entire itinerary (route) (speed, bend angle, acceleration and other data mapped through the whole route, along with average maximum values and statistics) - Modify the parameters of the bike (load mode, riding mode etc..) and save different driving scenarios - Record the itinerary (GPS track, total km, driving hours, map) - View and check statistics about the bike and your activities IMPORTANT: You can track route and performance also without the connection with the bike recording a smaller set of data You and your travels – every riding session you can: - Save your itinerary, add a title, description, pictures and tags to enrich your travel diary and relieve it whenever you want - Share with your friends – in the App and on social media – all riding experience and saddle adventures - Choose an itinerary from the public ones and follow the track on the map Turn by Turn navigation This feature allows you to display the navigation directions on the dashboard, showing the route turn by turn and giving additional route information. Turn by Turn is only available if the Ducati Multimedia System (DMS) has been installed and the Turn by Turn navigation license has been purchased (the license may be standard for some Ducati models). The new Turn by Turn navigation feature is available on DesertX, Diavel V4, Scrambler 2G, Streetfighter V2 & V4, and the new Panigale V2 & V4 and Monster V2. Check www.ducati.com to see if your model supports Turn by Turn. Instructions for use - For music playback, phone calls, and navigation instructions, we recommend using the Ducati Multimedia System. - For Turn By Turn navigation and route recording to work properly, we recommend: 1. not using your phone in energy-saving mode 2. downloading offline maps in advance 3. consulting the FAQ section of the Ducati website, under Apps -> Ducati Link - Continuous use of GPS location in the background may reduce battery life.

I find it incredible that Ducati would have its name associated with this app. I can’t even register as it keeps freezing up. I’ve seen this app has had reviews from 6-7 years ago, and they still can’t provide a functional app. Really disappointing. I would recommend taking this app offline, get some feedback on what your clients need in Bluetooth connectivity and start over. For me, the best thing you could do is incorporate Apple CarPlay into your system, and create either Bluetooth or hardwired connectivity. Either way you should just remove this app. I certainly wouldn’t put my name on it.

Terribly designed app

Clumsy and slow interface. Like if you want to plan a ride, you cannot change start location, it’s always gonna be current location. Buttons often need to be pressed twice to react - I’ve got a feeling I’m using 10y old phone even though I’m on the latest one. Disappointed with such a half-baked work for premium bikes.

I have been using it since 2024 and have had no issues with the set up.There are times when browsing itineraries that it will freeze, and become unusable.One feature the app needs greatly is to enter in navigation while being able to continue recording the itinerary. When going out for a ride, I like to enter in my next destination while navigating, and dont want to have several itineraries built as a result. If the app was more stable, it would be excellent. I hope Ducati keeps adding more to it because I really enjoy it.

For an app that is supposed to support an ultra-premium product, this is a profound disappointment. The app refuses to pair with my 2019 Diavel 1260 S, and there is absolutely ZERO support from Ducati to help with this issue. I’m joined a Diavel forum where countless others have this issue as well- all with no support from Ducati. What a disgrace to the name and legacy of an incredible machine.

For an app that is supposed to support an ultra-premium product, this is a profound disappointment. The app refuses to pair with my 2019 Diavel 1260 S, and there is absolutely ZERO support from Ducati to help with this issue. I’m joined a Diavel forum where countless others have this issue as well- all with no support from Ducati. What a disgrace to the name and legacy of an incredible machine.
