If the answer is no, then these are the baby monitors for you! I really want to love these cameras and there’s things about them that I do. But to make your customers pay for each individual camera on a subscription when most people have multiple children AND the software be this buggy is just ridiculous. I am totally locked out of my system AGAIN because of a privacy agreement change. This happens pretty regularly for one reason or another. Something goes bump upstairs, hopefully the cubos will connect at least the video since the sound AND video is a 50/50 chance each time I start up the app. As long as you are ok with not always being able to know what is going on with your kids when you need to despite paying every month for a service that’s normally free. You won’t have any problems…

I’ve been using my CuboAi Plus since early 2023 and have been impressed by the continuous improvements in both the app’s UI and connectivity over time. The Sleep Sensor Pad has provided me with great peace of mind—it’s truly a one-of-a-kind product on the market.A few days ago, my camera suddenly stopped working, so I reached out to CuboAi’s customer service through the app. They responded within just a few hours and offered a reasonable, affordable solution—even though my device was outside the factory warranty period. The RMA service provided me with an opportunity to upgrade to the CuboAi Monitor 3 (the newer version) at only a fraction of the original cost.Needless to say, I’m extremely satisfied with CuboAi’s products and customer support.

We bought the CuboAi Plus and the sleeping sensor pad before my baby was born. It was worth every penny. The videos were extremely high quality. I found the alerts and the sleeping analytics very helpful especially when my baby was under 1 year old. The temperature/humidity monitoring is also good if your little one has eczema prone skin. Definitely recommend getting the subscription for the first year at least. It helped us capture so many cute pictures and video clips of our daughter. The customer service is one of the best you could get. They are very friendly and efficient. Now we’re just upgraded to the latest CuboAi 3, and I can’t wait to starting this new journey. 10/10!!!
Used to be the best but the new features make it glitchy

I’ve had the Cubo ai for almost 4 years. It was the best smart camera for my family and still does background noise which I love. When we got a second one for kid #2 it was great. The last update slowed everything down and I can hardly connect anymore. I got a new phone and now I can barely ever connect. The new features of measuring my kid I don’t care about. I don’t even use the alerts just the cameras and background audio but I can’t seeone or the other kid sometimes ands it frustrating.I hope they do an update soon or get stronger servers or something. The app is too big for its own good and the important things aren’t being shown as well.
