I was trying to loose my baby weight after my second delivery, i tried many things like aerobics, running, intermittent fasting etc but nothing worked this time which worked in past then My friend introduced me to FITTR, this is what i was looking for - some guidance. I explored and got inspired by my friends and many others transformational journey, so without procrastinating i joined FITTR to give it a shot. That's the best decision i made for myself in a while. I picked Isha Sachdeva as my coach, she is the BEST. She explained me the importance of strength training , calorie deficits and importance of following the meal plan. First week was difficult, I thought this will not be sustainable but she prepared meal plan as per my eating habbit. I followed the plan very strictly and was very happy and motivated to see my weight loss and inches loss week over week. My coach guide me how to control eating habit by mindfull eating in social gatherings, vacation, festivals etc. She monitors and discussed my progress every week which is very helpful to stay on track. I was 65 kg when I started, i lost 7 kg and many inches, achieved my goal weight in 4 months. I never felt strong, healthy in many years, I continue my workouts during my menstrual period and i no longer feel any cramps and tiredness. BIG SHOUTOUT for my coach Isha Sachdeva ! We are very thankful to have a mentor/friend/trainer like Priyanka, she is the best. She is so kind, nonjudgmental, empathetic and dedicated. Always there for me whenever I have my ups and downs. She approaches me and addresses all my issues not just from the weight loss stand point, from all the aspects of health and life. She helped me and my husband to obtain healthy lifestyle changes which we were trying to obtain for the past few years. We had hard time to get into a routine with going to bed early, getting quality sleep, getting hydrated etc. she not only helped us to develop those healthy habits but also educated and proved us how important those things in our daily life, our behaviors and our functionality. There were so many days I felt like quitting this program, however, she was able to lift me up from those phases. She never get bored of hearing the same complaints and downfalls, she would still encourages us to do better every day. This note is not going to be enough to appreciate her support and guidance. She taught us that chasing numbers on the weight scale is not the actual process in this journey, it’s all about making constant, small lifestyle changes in your sleep, hydration, eating styles and exercises and making these changes to a routine is the key. Healthy life style - balanced diet and workout !

FITTR helped me get into a routine of healthy life style . I’m a person that generally eats healthy food and workout on a regular basis , but until I joined FITTR and worked with my coach Jigyaasa Gupta , I didn’t realize , that it’s not about just eating healthy , but it’s important to eat balanced diet . Jigyaasa met me where I was and helped me to get to a better diet and workout out plan. I could see my energy levels boost up with in a week . What I liked the most is how she planned my diet and workout based on what I normally eat or do . No major changes . It’s all about how you plan it to be balanced between all the macro nutrients. Many of us need accountability and working with Jigyaasa helped me stay on track . She is flexible and works with you at whatever level you are at and whatever goals you want to achieve. They are not about sales pitch , but it’s their passion to get others motivated to stay healthy . Thank you Jigyaasa and FITTR to get me started on in this healthy journey !!
10 months - Fitter, stronger and diabetes under control

This is my 2nd review - update to the previous one. 10 months into the plan with Nithin and my diabetes HBA1C has improved from 8.4 to 6.4. I have gotten fitter and stronger with improved diet (no starving), controlled diet and a structured workout plan. Food and workout has to be diligent to achieve the goals. Amply communicated by Nithin during the weekly sync ups. Appreciate the detailed conversation and taking time to explain the finer details of food intakes and lifting weights and stretching to the limits. Next goal is to improve further both fitness and my HBA1C below 6. Also appreciate the time and effort taken to adjust the different nutrition plans to accommodate changing routines. Now when i travel i make sure to pack a set of ropes and bands to continue my workout routine, and nutrition has now become a part of daily conversations and lifestyle. Cannot thank enough!! It’s a lifestyle change for the better.
