Required app for my job, it's been through a few updates and it feels like the app is getting worse over the time I've been using it. Current issue I have right now is that it seems like the app isn't properly masking my number and some calls and texts are being sent as my actual phone number instead of the masked number. The second - Why doesn't this app have its own bespoke Messages app that isn't iMessage?! My iMessage is already cluttered with my own messages, I don't need Field App making more clutter! Thirdly - recent update has killed the ability to add photos outside of front/back shots when I need to add other pictures for problems that arise during a repair so that whoever looks at the canceled/out of scope ticket sees what's going on. Instead I see a giant logo for "Services to sell to client" button, the ability to sell product, and for whatever reason a "Is Find My iPhone Disabled" prompt for SAMSUNG REPAIRS.Most importantly, ADD A BESPOKE MESSAGING CLIENT. I really can't stress that. Especially if in iMessage I accidentally delete a text, hours later I get a text asking about something when I have zero context because the previous information was deleted. Jiminy Christmas that happens A LOT.

Simplifying the interface at the expense of vital information hinders our ability to do our jobs effectively and efficiently. Ensuring that essential details are easily accessible will significantly improve our productivity and overall job performance. Your consideration in making these adjustments would greatly benefit all users.

I keep running into issues with the account passcode not activating customers new SIM cards and therefore I’ve been providing shotty service to my customers by making a simple setup and activation take an additional 20-30 minutes.And another thing that’s unacceptable is that it’s always tracking my location. Even on my days off I’ll get the notification that it’s tracking me. I’m not one of those paranoid nuts, but you have to admit that’s sketchy that my employer always has acces to my location.
