First you can’t make a reservation unless you create an account. Then when you are trying to enter the car info, they don’t offer all the states in the US or any option to enter a state not in their dropdown, so I guess just pick the closest one????? Then, good luck getting the app to ever open again unless you allow the app to track you physically and your data. But you can’t have your discount unless you have the app to drop off and pick up your vehicle. You also have to use valet at Vancouver. Hopefully this will work since the app won’t let my put in my accurate license plate number. This is an awful scammy scummy feeling app that is necessary to receive a discount. So they know you have to download it, but I will be removing it ASAP. AWFUL.

Seems like it only takes certain format. Tried all different ways but won't take it. For example AC1234 or AC 1234. Nothing works. Waste of time

The app is very outdated and is poorly made. The service is also terrible and their parking lots in Montréal are dilapidated. To make it worse, they no longer have anyone working in the lots so you feel abandoned until a bus comes around 20-30 minutes later.They pull in enormous amounts of money with this terrible service. Avoid.
