I’ve been working with Zeel since August 2021 and have been very happy with my experience. The hiring process was done within a timely manner and I was able to start working fairly quickly. Every Zeel Representative I’ve interacted with has been communicative and very helpful. There has been a few situations where I felt uncomfortable or unsure about a session, but the Zeel Safety Team always supported and reassured me about my decisions to protect myself and feel safe. There is only so much Zeel can do to protect you, so it’s awesome that they don’t force or coerce you to complete a session if you are uncomfortable or have a bad feeling. If you’re unsure, follow your gut.The only thing I dislike about Zeel is the app bugginess. Sometimes requests will stay on my page past the posted date, multiple requests listed from a client for the same date/time, stating that I have no connection when I do, etc. It’s small petty issues that the team usually fixes for me when I bring it to their attention.Zeel is growing and is updating its software as it goes. I have already seen improvements in the short time I’ve been working with them. I’m happy to be part of the provider team and wished I started working with them sooner!

Wish there were more spas that would use Zeel! It has been amazing working with them and the pay is better than working for the spas themselves! I’ve been with Zeel for 4+ years now and I will continue to work with them due to many other factors. The pros are flexibility, weekly pay, able to travel to major cities and get massage blocks through Zeel.The cons are that no taxes is takin from checks, tons of home appointments (with no extra pay if there’s pets, stairs, or parking issues). Lastly No CEU discounts or learning opportunities through being independent. However it all beats staying at a low income spa.
Frustrating app- take caution

I have been with Zeel for a few months and have had nothing but issues with this app. I signed up for all modalities and was getting requests until randomly one day it stopped. When I checked my settings everything looked fine so I contacted support, they said on their end it has me on one modality. They couldn’t explain why it suddenly changed. They fixed this for me and I was back to getting massage requests again. And now today for some reason I’m not getting ANY requests, my friend who is in the same area has been getting multiple requests. Keep in mind I have amazing reviews from my clients. They can’t seem to explain why I’ve stopped getting requests. It’s infuriating because I rely on this for income. I’m missing out on requests because of some issue they can’t even explain.

I’ve been a Zeel provider since November 2024. I find the app user-friendly and makes completing documentation for medical massages easy and efficient. When I had questions or issues and utilized Chat for assistance, I received prompt attention and timely resolution. I have no complaints with the app. It’s awesome! What I do wish for is the ability to also be able to complete medical massage SOAP notes on the Zeel website. It’s easier and faster for me to type out lengthy sentences on a laptop keyboard than on a phone.
We’ve made improvements to how links work within appointment notes to make your workflow smoother and more intuitive.
- Easier-to-spot links: Links in notes are now clearly highlighted so you can quickly recognize and tap them
- Stay in the app: Links now open within the Provider App instead of taking you to an external browser
- Simple navigation back: Easily return to your appointment screen with a built-in back button after viewing a link
These updates make it faster to access important resources—like forms, documentation, and protocols—without interrupting your workflow.
