I was the listing agent for a short sale property. Never again will I take a lead from Xome. Once I had a buyer the whole process was difficult and extended for way too long. It took 3 months to close. The assist manager and closing coordinator were rude unhelpful and created a less than ideal experience. To top off the whole process, on the final settlement statement at closing, they kept over $400 dollars of my commission stating that’s what was in the initial contract based on the percentage I submit after the lender Mr. Cooper cut the amount that was allowed. If you are an agent stay away from this company. Poorly handled in their end I will not be cheated again.

So far I’ve been impressed with this apps functionality. Easy to maintain contact with my leads through the app.

This company helps clients save the equity in their home and keep them out of foreclosure. Perfect scenario. It’s a great way to give back to the community.
