Overall I am satisfied with the app. It compliments the website nicely. As an ISA, I can do my job on the go. My wish list includes being able to call out with the same number we text with. Or to be able to integrate my skype number I don't want my personal cell number showing up. Too many Clicks to change apps to call someone
Also, very hard to get a ahold of a live person to answer questions on our account. Need better customer service.
Super intuitive app
This app really makes managing leads super easy from your phone. I would rate 5 stars if the saved search edit function would, at the very least, include property type and ideally all functionality as website. A glaring omission that means all saved searches can only be done on a PC - hopefully this will be fixed on the next update
UPDATED TO 5 Stars as the search edit function updated! I love how responsive the Cinc team is to listening to its users and making the changes as needed.
Unable to update pipeline status
I am unable to change he pipeline status on any leads within the app which kind of defeats the purpose of this app if I’m forced to pull out my laptop every time a new lead needs my attention.
I also tried emailing this issue directly to CINC within the app using the “send feedback” feature but the ‘send’ button is greyed out and won’t allow me to send anything, so hopefully this helps get my issue resolved.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
