New to this app but can already feel a difference. I suffer from terrible anxiety which effects me day and night, and this app already seems to be making a difference! I am so looking forward to continuing to use it and getting even more benefits from it!

I had downloaded this app because I always have trouble sleeping or napping so I heard about this app to download it and try it out and I first I was like ok not bad . Eventually I found myself using this app literally every day I suggest you download it if you have head phones or have trouble sleeping🤩🤩

At least I don’t have to pay for this but I *have* to give you a five star review in order to keep using it? Greedy rating grabbers. Whatever. I just want to sleep and not have to waste money on it. These are alright, not the best but I’ll take what I can get.

Word bird, ya heard?
Used it once and liked the soothing sounds. Then it asked for me to rate it five stars in order to continue using the app. I can’t get past that screen so I can no longer use the app until I’ve given it the rating, but that’s just misleading to the consumer. When I first downloaded it, I was surprised to see so many five star ratings; now I see how they got them.
