3. Find and book your nearest shared motorbike, put on your helmet and... enjoy!
4. You can pause your ride at any authorised area, but always keep municipal regulations in mind when parking your vehicle. If you have any questions, call us or send us an email for information on designated zones.

Among all the sharing up I use, it’s the worst. The vehicles are so heavy that is quite difficult to drive. They often break down. Once you finish your ride, they steel you time asking to connect the helmets even if they are properly stored. My last bad experience with them was last week, I drove for a few meters and entered the no parking zone when the bike broke down. I couldn’t start it again. I called the customer service and waited for 15 minutes before somebody answered. Once I finally spoke to an operator he told me I had to push the motorbike out of the no parking zone. I asked for help cause, as I said, they are crazy heavy. At the end the finished my ride and charged me for €5.56.I’m still waiting for a refund after more than a week.

Phone verification for US cellphone via SMS will fail.Then after you load all the documents and your account is waiting for their manual verification because SMA to US phone fails, they will disable you account and tell you you have to have an International driver’s license that requires you to go to an obscure office in town, stand in line and pay a fee.Using Movo instead in Spain was a quick and easy approval and my wife and I enjoyed the 2 person electric motorcycle in Madrid.

I was really hoping that this service would be good as the scooters are faster than muving & yego but the 1st Bike I tried would not start. I called support - no answer for 20 minutes - I the. Wales to a new scooter but the second bike would not release the helmet - used up my minutes, wasted 40 minutes of my time and still no answer from support
