Need to add a generic 5th wheel or travel trailer option for vehicles. Made appointment in the app to have my trailer tires changed but when I got to the store they were confused because the appointment showed my tow vehicle.

Let me start off by saying I love getting my tires from America’s tire. I have had nothing but good experiences with my local store, and they are both very fast getting the job done, and also offer a large selection of in stock tires for my vehicle. That being said, this app has gotten progressively worse over the years. Today, when I attempted to shop, purchase, and schedule my new tire installation, nothing worked at all. The app was unable to load any vehicle, any appointment, and I was not able to see any tires. I ended up going to the website, which fortunately still worked, but that kind of defeats the point of having an app. Please fix this! I love the convenience of being able to do all of this through my app!

The app is a mirror copy of the website and it’s functionality. Right down to the fact you have to log in to your account every time. Considering you can’t just shop for tires without being constantly nagged to select your vehicle, it’s a real hassle. What’s the point of an app that does NOTHING different than the website?Waste of time and space.

Great store, great selection, great customer service. I tried downloading the app, no luck. I input my info several times trying to create an account but it didn’t work. In the end I just deleted the app off my phone.
